What if I already have a company somewhere?

Why not just use Stripe Atlas?
Atlas is solid for forming a Delaware C-Corp. If that's all you need, it's fine. But if you also have a local entity, need a guaranteed bank account, or want someone to handle Form 5472 so you don't eat a $25K penalty — Atlas doesn't do those things. We do.
Is the bank account really guaranteed?
Yes. We have pre-approval relationships with Mercury, Stripe, and Wise. You pick your bank, you get approved. No "apply and hope" like other formation services.
What's Form 5472 and why should I care?
If you're a foreign founder with a US entity, the IRS requires you to file Form 5472. Miss it and the penalty is $25,000 per form — and it compounds. Most formation services don't include it. Some don't even mention it. We auto-generate it from your data and file it. Included in your $500.
